How and when?

The jewelry is handcrafted by the designer and some processes are outsourced to other craftsmen, so it takes longer than factory-made jewelry by machines. Some jewels are in stock but for others it takes up to 2 weeks for the majority of jewels to manufacture according to demand. For some jewels that are more complicated to make because they pass through the hands of several craftsmen, it will take 3 to 4 weeks if the jewel is not in stock at the store in the desired size. A selection of around fifty pieces is available directly in store, for any questions you can contact me by email or visit me at the workshop/boutique located at 13 rue ste madeleine, Strasbourg (Tues-Sat 2 p.m.-7 p.m.)

Commands & Deliveries

How's it going?

You can order on the website, in store or reserve a jewel by email or message on the Instagram account. Count about 2 weeks for the manufacture of a jewel, 3 to 4 weeks when it is more complicated. The deadlines are listed on the product pages of each jewel. Delivery is provided by La Poste and the jewelry is sent securely and with insurance either by colissimo or by registered letter. The tracking number is communicated as soon as the shipment is made. You can also order a jewel on the eshop and pick it up in store (Strasbourg). When ordering, you can select the "Click & Collect" option in the delivery tab and will therefore not pay delivery costs.

Trading conditions

Please send an email to let me know and I will give you the return address. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and exchanges are made within one month of receipt of the return and subject to availability. Jewelry must not have been worn or scratched. Made-to-order jewelry is exchangeable only. By placing an order, you accept the general conditions of sale.

SOS jewel

For your jewelry to accompany you for life, it must be taken care of. You should avoid storing them in damp places like the bathroom because the constant humidity oxidizes the metal.

Silver jewelry especially enjoys being worn all the time. They clean and polish themselves so feel free to wear them constantly if they're not too big or uncomfortable of course :)

Gold-plated or vermeil jewelery should be given special attention. The plating being a thin layer of gold deposited on the jewel by electrolysis, it is necessary to avoid friction and corrosive products to preserve it. Also it is preferable to remove them in the shower as well as for sport and at the sea.

If your jewelry is tarnished, it will always be possible to polish it or re-plate it in the store or at another artisan jeweler.

Avoid at all costs the hazy advice of the internet advising you to immerse them in vinegar, coke or other products because most of the time this is catastrophic and attacks the metal. To clean silver, opt for specific cleaning products for silverware or rub your jewelry with a soft cloth and a little toothpaste then rinse.

And if a small accident occurs and breaks it, send me an email or go to the store, I offer a repair service (only for jewelry that I have made). No need to throw away or replace if we can fix :)
